Document Description
KORE Infrastructure, LLC has proposed to construct a biosolids to liquid fuel processing facility on 5.25 gross acres of land located at the northwest corner of the Riverside Avenue and Kline Ranch Road (APN: 0260-131-35) within the City of Rialto. The facility will receive waste material, normally designated for landfill disposal, via truck, whereby they begin a pyrolysis process to covert the material into a liquid diesel fuel. The development will include the installation of a 600 sf office, several biosolid storage tanks, two drying units, three pyrolysis chambers, related accessory equipment, paving, lighting, screen walls, landscaping and street improvements.
