The proposed development includes two residential product types on opposite sides of an existing 255-foot-wide Southern California Edison easement. The application proposes a subdivision to allow for 323 single-family detached homes on approximately 41 acres. The proposed project would also include a General Plan Amendment. The land use designation of the proposed project site would be changed from Medium Density Residential to Medium High Density Residential. In addition, the proposed project would change the zoning for the project site. The current zoning, R-1 (One Family Dwellings), would be changed to PRD.
