General Plan Amendment (GP 15-01) to designate a portion of the project site (APN 297-100-045) as Industrial under the March JPA GP; change of Zone (CZ 14-01) to assign the zoning designation of Industrial; Plot Plan (PP 14-02) which includes the construction of an approx. 709,083 sq. ft. industrial warehouse building which would consist of approx. 694,093 sq. ft. of warehouse space approx. 7,000 sq. ft. of ground floor space, and 3,000 sq. ft. of mezzanine office space at the northeastern end of the building, and approx. 5,000 sq. ft. of ground floor office space planned for the southwestern end of the building. In addition, the Project will require the relocation of several utility lines, including underground petroleum and natural gas lines.
