Document Description
The proposed project includes the construction of a new 42,000 gallon water collection reservoir and installation of a new well, No. 7B, designed to replace existing Well No. 7 that has been removed from production due to age of the well resulting in reduced capacity. The purpose of the proposed reservoir is to replace the existing reservoir that has deteriorated due to the lack of an adequate interior coating that will continue to allow blending of water produced from three local wells for distribution to the District's water supply system. The proposed project includes the drilling, testing, development and equipping and production of a new water production well (Well No. 7B) within the District's Plant No. 6 water production site.
