A Conditional Use to permit the installation, use, and maintenance of an unmanned wireless telecommunications facility consisting of a 60-ft. in height monopole disguised as a eucalyptus tree, 3 sectors containing 4 antenna each, mounted on it along with a 2-ft. diameter antenna dish. Associated ground-level equipment cabinets and diesel back-up generator will be installed and maintained within a 220 sf lease area. The monopole will be located at the northeast corner of the park and associated equipment located on the southeasterly side of the park (along the fence) all within the Culver Slauson Park, composed of 2 lots, approx. 139,455 sf in the OS-1XL Zone. No trees are proposed to be removed.
