Document Description
CDFW has executed a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2014-0346-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. bill Peckham.
The water diversion project includes installation of infiltration pump casing to be palced into the gravel bar to capture the saturated river underflow. The project will require excavation of gravels from the bar, installation of the infiltration collector, and re-contouring of the gravel bar to original slope and contour. Water from the point of diversion is pumped to water tanks located on the same parcel (APN: 008-860-25). Work will include diversion of water, storage of water, and installation and maintenance of diversion infrastructure.
