Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) is the lead agency. The SWRCB's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SDWSRF) Program is providing state funds for the project. The Westhaven Community Services District proposes to undertake a two phase planning project to solve their disinfection byproducts problem. The first phase will involve preliminary engineering and planning to determine the best available option, while the second phase involves pilot testing, final design, and environmental documentation. Upon conclusion of the planning project, the system will be ready for construction.
