The proposed project is a master special events permit for the existing park adjacent to the Hilton San Diego Bayfront. The project allows One Park Boulevard to utilize the park: for temporary special events, such as, without limitation, weddings, holiday parties, concerts, conventioneer meetings, lectures, etc.; for carts selling snacks, beverages, souvenirs, and similar-type items; and for no other purposes whatsoever. No permanent development shall occur as part of the project.
