Document Description
Acquire approximately 5,847 acre conservation easement over the Anderson Ranch, one of the most ecologically rich ranches in the Sierra. The ranch boasts rare Black Oak Woodland habitat and Great Basin Scrub, as well as approximately 2,600 acres of outstanding Montane Riparian, Montane Meadow and Wetland habitat. The conservation easement will protect the property in perpetuity.
