Document Description
The project purposes the installation of three (3) storm water best management practices (BMPs) in the alley to capture, infiltrate, and retain storm water runoff. The project will use permeable pavers, dry well/catch basins, and rainwater harvesting for plant irrigation. The project will remove pollutants such as pathogens, oil, greases, suspended solids, metals, and other toxics that will assist in meeting the Los Angeles River Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) requirements.
