Document Description
The proposed project is a Right of Entry Permit (ROE) to San Diego Gas & Electric Company (Permittee) to enter upon certain property located on the Trust Termination Parcel in the City of Chula Vista, CA. The land proposed for use under this ROE will be used by the Permittee, its authorized agent(s), and contractor(s) for the purpose of site investigation, weed abatement and litter control, as well as ingress and egress in support of those activities. The proposed project would not result in any disturbance to native vegetation. In addition, the ROE expressly prohibits construction and grading for future projects. The Permittee will be responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations associated with the activities on or in connection with the above-described premises, including debris, hazards and hazardous materials, and stormwater.
