Document Description
The project is limited to the installation of a new culvert crossing over an unnamed tributary to Ellis Creek. An 8-foot diameter by 30-foot long culvert will be installed slightly below grade and backfilled to grade with 6 inch minus rock in order to establish natural substrate in the culvert bed. Concrete headwalls will be installed at the upstream and downstream ends of the culvert in order to prevent the culvert from being undermined. A concrete driveway will then be poured over the culvert. No vegetation will be removed as part of culvert installation and the stream channel will be dry during construction. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2014-0440-3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
