Document Description
The project is limited to the installation of:
* One prefabricated 19'-8"x17" concrete restroom with a septic tank and leach field
* Approximately 45 cubic yards of gravel or aggregate base for a 5,800 square yard parking area large enough to accommodate school buses with a small concrete ADA-complaint parking area
* Six-feet high chain link fence to separate the restroom and parking area from the screen shop compound. Chain link fence will also be installed around an existing water treatment area. Split-rail fence thatt is 3 ft. high will separate the parking lot from the south side where the leach field and septic tank will be installed.
