Issue a Right of Entry Permit to Calaveras County Water District to enter upon land on the east side of Highway 4 in Calaveras Big Trees State Parks for geotechnical investigation of soil conditions prior to commencement of work, and to commence work to replace the existing 60,000 gallon redwood water tank. ROE permit will begin March 1, 2015 and terminate once a permanent easement is recorded with the County Recorder's Office.
