Document Description
Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) has issued an emergency permit to Lockheed Martin to treat hazardous waste by chemical stabilization. The hazardous waste to be treated consist of the following:
Ethyl Ether 1 Qty 1x500 ml container size
It has been determined that these items are or may be highly reactive and must be stabilized prior to being transported offsite.
The emergency permit is effective beginning February 1, 2015 and shall expire on March 1, 2015.
