Document Description
The PCP Cannery in Oroville produces canned fruit and discharges variable quantities of process wastewater in accordance with Waste Discharge Requirements Order No. R5-2003-0045, adopted by the Central Valley Water Board on 14 March 2003. The current land use application site contains 309 acres of land in Palermo to accommodate wastewater flows from the Oroville cannery. The proposed project would allow the addition of approx. 100 acres within the adjacent pheasant club for irrigation.
