Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. SAC-55325-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Sacramento Area Sewer District.
The project is limited to the construction of two OFCA areas (89 and 94) to the overall Harvest Water Project. OFCAs are the point of connection between the Transmission and Distribution pipeline systems and the individual growers or recycled water users. These assemblies will be located on individual growers’ properties and will supply Title 22 Tertiary Treated Recycled Water to agricultural users in southern Sacramento County. Within these OFCAs, culverts will be installed in onsite agricultural ditches.
