Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Amendment 3 to Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SAC-17233-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Sacramento Area Sewer District. Amendment 3 modifies the project footprint of on-farm connection assemblies locations and relocated the Union Pacific Railroad trenchless crossing at Sims Road. There were also changes to habitat impact classifications resulting in net increases to permanent and temporary habitat impacts which also affects the amount of mitigation required.
