Document Description
Amendment #2 added new work locations within the existing Agreement’s project limit due to refinement in the design process, including on-farm connection assemblies, additional staging areas, contractor turn-arounds, and work area for a portion of the SacSewer/ Rio Cosumnes Correctional Center Force Main pipe that conveys wastewater to the EchoWater Resource Recovery Facility that will be installed in a parallel trench at the same time as the Harvest Water pipeline. There were five changes to culvert work which include; removing work at one culvert location, including two culverts that were missed at a previous culvert location, and correcting culvert sizes. The Permittee name was changed from Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District to Sacramento Area Sewer District (SacSewer) and the existing Agreement was transferred to SacSewer. There were also changes to impact classifications resulting in increased permanent habitat impacts, while there was a reduction in temporary habitat impacts, which affect the amount of mitigation required.
