State Water Resources Control Board executed the CAPB based on a finding that the Project will provide the following Public Water Quality Benefit: reduction in electrical conductivity in waterways of the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta impaired for electrical conductivity. The Public Water Quality Benefit will be provided through Regional San’s performance of the Project Implementation Actions and implementation of the Adaptive Management Plan as described in the CAPB.
