Document Description
The project is limited to the construction of a water pipeline to support the Harvest Water Program (formerly, the South County Ag Program). To support water delivery, the pipeline will be constructed from the Wastewater Treatment Plant, located in unincorporated Sacramento County near the City of Elk Grove and extended through the Project area by three primary methods: open cut construction, horizontal directional drilling, and pipe jacking/pipe ramming construction. The majority of the Project remains the same with modifications involving 19 revised staging areas, 2 pipeline alignment changes, and changes to impact classifications.
