Document Description
The project is limited to 1) excavation and removal of irrigation and roadside ditches on site, 2) the upgrading the existing, undersized culverts on Elder Creek at Elder Creek Road with new box culverts, and 3) installation of a weir structure within the 100-year floodplain to allow potential peak flows from the creek to flow into a detention basin (located outside the 100-year floodplain). This will extend the Streambed Alteration Agreement term from February 2022 to February 2027.
