Document Description
RWQCB is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The Project includes aggregate mining of approx. 382 acres of land at a depth of 30-50 feet and installing a weir structure within the 100 year floodplain to allow potential peak flows from Elder Creek to flow into a detention basin. Four 45-foot long, 8-foot tall, 5-foot wide box culverts will be placed under Elder Creek to replace the existing corrugated metal.
