Document Description
The EIR analyzed construction of up to 3,500 residential units, up to approx. 104,000 sq. ft. of commercial space, approx. 6 acres of parks/open space, and related infrastructure and roadway improvements. Area bounded by Lawrence Expressway to the west, Central Expressway to the north, Kifer Road to the south and Calabasas Creek to east (Assessor parcels identified in Book 216 Page 34, and a portion in Book 216 Page 33). Approvals on Nov. 29, 2016 include Specific Plan, General Plan Amendments, Zoning for the LSAP and projects located at 3305 Kifer Road (True Life), and 3505 Kifer Road, et al (Summer Hill).
