Document Description
The purpose of the Lawrence Station Area Plan is to guide the transition of an existing industrial area to a pedestrian-friendly mixed-use neighborhood that takes advantage of the existing heavy rail station, which is with a half-mile of the project site.
The LSAP proposes a buildout capacity of 3,500 dwelling units, 104,000 sf of retail uses, and 65 acres of open space, with a supporting network of streets and pedestrian paths.
