Document Description
Application for a 48-unit condominium development on a 2.49 acre property. The proposed development includes eight, three-story residential buildings; one, two-story community building; and 95 parking spaces within a combination of surface stalls, carports, and garages. The project will be accessed off a single driveway from First Street on the western-side of the property. The buildings are located on the eastern-side of the property oriented along a north-south axis to create a central courtyard. The residential units will contain a mixture of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units ranging in size from 536 sf to 1,211 sf.
