2015-2023 Housing Element Update

The proposed project is the 2015-2023 update to the City of San Pablo Housing Element, consistent with State law. The update complies with requirements of the Government Code and demonstrates how the City will meet its assigned regional housing needs assessment (RHNA) for all income levels, and analyzes additional housing issues as required by State law. The project site to be affected by the Housing Element Update is the area within the city limits. The Housing Element Update is a policy document, and no direct construction would occur as a result of approving this updated Housing Element.
