Document Description
The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate or replace the Echo Summit Sidehill Viaduct (Bridge #25-0044) in El Dorado County, 7 miles west of South Lake Tahoe on SR 50, at post mile 67.30. Inspections reveal that the existing 76-year-old reinforced concrete girder bridge is in poor condition. High chloride content concrete has resulted in damage to support piers and to the deck surface.
