Document Description
Site Approval Application No. PA-1500010 of Vern Vierra to expand an existing small winery and increase the number of marketing events and marketing event attendees per year. The expansion includes the construction of a 1,200 square foot event/barrel storage room, a 500 square foot restroom, a 1,200 square foot case storage building, a 6,200 square foot wine garden (amphitheater) comprised of a stage, dining, and seating area, a 300 square foot commercial kitchen and an increase of the maximum number of marketing events from the previously approved four marketing events to twelve marketing events per year, and an increase of the number of attendees from the previously approved 25 people to 150 people per marketing event. The project site is located on the west side of Bender Road, 375 feet north of Taddei Road, northwest of Lodi (Supervisorial District 4).
