Document Description
A Site Approval application to expand an existing small winery and increase the number of marketing events and marketing event attendees per year. The expansion includes the construction of a 1,200 sf event/barrel storage room, a 500 sf restroom, a 1,200 sf case storage building, a 6,200 sf wine garden, and a 300 sf lab/kitchen and to increase the maximum number of marketing events per year from 4 to 12 and the maximum number of attendees per marketing event from 25 to 150 people. Outdoor and indoor amplified sound is proposed at the marketing events.
