Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2015-0067-R1, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of Fortuna as represented by Mr. Merritt Perry.
The Project is limited to three encroachments; one encroachment to construct a new berm around the WWTP to a level equal to or above the 100 year flood elevation, once encroachment to install the new effluent outflow pipe to function during high stream flow conditions, and one encroachment to remove riparian vegetation for the construction of the new berm and outflow pipe.
