Document Description
The existing West Point sewer plant serves 165 connections with a 0.05-mgd capacity will be consolidated with a small sewer plant serving nearby community of Wilseyville (28 homes). The project includes construction of a lift station, two 4-inch dia. x 4000-ft pipelines, community septic tank, septage/sludge facilities, electrical/instrumentation upgrades, adding 2-ft of new fill to raise the level of the existing West Point effluent storage pond, and abandonment of the Wilseyville treatment pond. A MND and NOD were previously adopted on 03/25/15. This updated NOD relates an Addendum (ADM) issued for minor project changes submitted to the State Clearinghouse on 12/14/21.
