Document Description
Addendum to the original ISMND and NOD due to project changes including changes to the new sewer pipeline/force main alignment between the West Point and Wilseyville wastewater treatment plant sites. The pipelines will be 4-inch instead of 3-inch diameter, and a portion for the sewer force main alignment will be change to continue to follow existing dirt roads and will avoid potential disturbances to existing oak woodland habitat. Addendum also identifies a change to the intended use of the existing Wilseyville wastewater treatment pond that will now be abandoned instead of being reused for continued treated effluent storage. Further analysis is provided in the addendum.
