Document Description
Syngenta Seeds, Inc. has applied for an amendment to Conditional Use Permit 2008-006 for a proposed expansion of an existing seed processing and storage facility. Conditional Use Permit 2008-006 permitted previous additions to the existing facility. This amendment will be the second major amendment to Conditional Use Permit 2008-006. The proposed expansion will all occur east of existing buildings and structures. The expansion includes approximately 259,150 square feet of new buildings and structures, which include a fumigation chamber, truck scale building, well building, bulk bin storage and dryer, shipping/receiving building, processing/storage building, warehouse expansion, and office addition. There are also five meridian bins proposed.
