Document Description
CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2015-0091-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, CA Dept of Parks and Rec.
The project is limited to bank stabilization within Molesworth Channel and erosion control at locations where the banks are over-steepened and erosion processes are accelerating bank sloughing. The project will address four discrete sections where channel bank stabilization, totaling approximately 57,120 sf would occur. The channel banks will be stabilized through treatment consisting of laying back channel bank slopes, installing turf reinforcement mats with soil backfill, re-vegetating with native trees and grass species, and installing temporary erosion control blankets.
