Document Description
The Multipurpose Building project calls for the development of an approximately 10,000 sf, single-story structure situated within the existing Old River Elementary School (K-8) campus. The Building is intended primarily to serve as a cafeteria, and to provide indoor space for recreational and other student activities. In addition, ancillary within the Building are to include a kitchen, stage, restrooms, and storage and utility rooms. No new off-site improvements are planned in conjunction with the project.
