Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2015-0042-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Cynthia Erb & Associates as represented by Mr. Mason Wodhams. The Project is associated with the development of three custom, single family homes to be constructed at the 512 Hemme Avenue site. The Project is limited to the construction of a new outfall structure with wingwalls that will divert flows into the unnamed tributary of San Ramon Creek. A square outfall structure approximately 7.6 feet by 5.5 feet in diameter will be constructed to a 12 inch outlet pipe. The outfall box will be filled with 8-inch to 18-inch rip-rap and reinforced with rebar inside the outfall structure.
