Document Description
The proposed project is a request for approval of a minor subdivision/tentative parcel map to subdivide a 5.7-acre parcel on the north side of Hemme Avenue near its western terminus into three residential lots, each of which would be approximately one acre in size, and a remainder lot. The project site is formerly the location of the San Francisco Presbytery's Westminster Retreat and includes the main Retreat house, a carriage house, a converted stable, a swimming pool, a small pool house, and a 25-space paved parking lot. The project site is in the R-20 Single-Family Residential District and is designated as Single-Family Residential-Low Density (SL) in the County General Plan. R-20 single-family residences are adjacent to the site to the north, east, and south. The East Bay Regional Park District's Las Trampas Regional Wilderness is adjacent to the west of the site.
