Document Description
The project would construct a new two-story building containing eight classrooms on the Ralston Middle School campus. The project also includes construction of a small courtyard, re-striping of the parking lot, and paving an 8,700 sf area in the northeastern corner of the school's sports field to allow the basketball courts to be relocated south of their existing location. The project includes replacement of the school's remaining natural turf sports field with a synthetic turf field. The project would increase the school capacity from 1,165 students to 1,361 students (an increase of 196 students). Currently, the school has 83 staff members. The project would require an additional 10 staff members.
