Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0375-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of American Canyon. The larger project consists of construction of an off-street public access path, to connect Kensington Way in American Canyon with Mini Drive in the City of Vallejo. The project is limited to 1) constructing an 110-foot clear-span pedestrian bridge over American Canyon Creek, 2) installing a 20-foot wide and 400-foot long raised boardwalk, and 3) Restoration and enhancement activities of 0.32 acres of riparian habitat along American Canyon Creek.
