Caltrans proposes to raise the profile of SR 269 and construct three bridges just north of the City of Huron from Palmer Avenue at pm 10.4 to SR 198 at pm 12.5 in Fresno County. New bridges will be constructed over the Arroyo Pasajero Creek at pm 11.23, and a second new bridge will be built about 580 ft south of the Arroyo Pasajero Creek at pm 11.11. The existing bridge at pm 12.23 will be replaced with a new bridge to allow 3 ft of additional clearance. A temporary detour road will be constructed west of the existing highway to accommodate traffic during construction.
