This Initial Study evaluates the environmental impacts from implementation of a proposed Remedial Action Plan and Feasibility Study, herein referred to the RAP and/or the Project. The Project is proposed on approximately 0.5 acres of land located at 1341 East Maywood Avenue, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, CA. The RAP was prepared in consultation with the Department of Toxic Substances Control, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 25356.1. The anticipated schedule for implementation of the RAP is approximately 20 months.
