Document Description
The IUSD is initiating the remaining three phases of a four phase development program expected to begin in 2015 and be completed in May 2016. The program includes the demolition of several existing structures and construction of new buildings as well as the modernization of existing buildings. Phase I of the program focused on construction of a new data center. This facility was completed in early 2014. Phases II through IV would construct 43,026 sf of new improvements and modernization of existing buildings on the existing IUSD site. Additional improvements may include the construction of a blockwall and landscaping along the segment of Sand Canyon Avenue that borders the project site to the north. At completion of the development program, up to 222 employees may work at the site. This would be an increase of 17 employees.
