Document Description
The Los Angeles County Flood Control District (LACFCD) proposes ot conduct the Pacoima Reservoir Sediment Removal Project sediment behind Pacoima Dam. The following activities would occur annually over the course of the approx. 5-year imp schedule: (1) Access road construction/rehabilitation and operation; (2) Reservoir dewatering; (3) Sediment excavation and rem belt assembly, operation, and partial disassembly; and (5) Sediment staging and transport for placement. The PRSR Project prop million cubic yards (MCY) of sediment from Pacoima Reservoir plus additional sediment that could accumulate int he Reservoir PRSR Project duration.
