Document Description
The Project approved for purposes of this notice is an Amendment to the CESA ITP that CDFW issued for the Andora Subdivision Project in July 2019 (2081-2018-063-05). The ITP issued in July authorizes take of the Santa Susana tarplant (Dienandra minthornii). The 91-acre Project Area includes the construction of 33 single-family dwelling units and associated infrastructure on 28 acres of undeveloped land and conservation of an open space lot encompassing 61 acres.
