2. Up to approx. 2.165 acres of site preparation, ground disturbance, and grading.
3. Construction of new 11,933- sq. ft. 2 story (over basement), single-family residence designed by Mexican architect Ricardo Legorreta and construction of approx. 1,950 sq. ft. of paved areas.
4. Restoration of portion of the property that will remain undeveloped (approx. 1.8 acres) to native dune habitat.
