Document Description
The applicant requests that a modification of Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 3543 be granted to authorize the continued operation and maintenance of an existing oil and gas exploration and production operation (Agnew lease area) for an additional 25 year period. The requested permit would also authorize the re-drilling of one existing oil well and the installation of three new oil wells. The prohibition on the use of Koenigstein Road by large trucks to access the existing drillsite would also be eliminated as part of the current proposal.
