Caltrans would replace an existing drainage pipe that crosses under the roadway and repair an eroded slope at the outlet of two existing drainage pipes. The project is located on SR 246 from post miles 32.5 to 32.7, at Santa Ynez, from 0.1 mile east of Via Juana Lane to 0.1 mile west of Cuesta Street.
