Document Description
The City of Rancho Mirage (City), in coordination with Caltrans, is proposing to replace the existing low water crossing along Frank Sinatra Drive at the Whitewater River with a new four lane divided minor arterial, all-weather access bridge. The new bridge would replace the existing roadway which is currently a four lane divided minor arterial, low water crossing. The purpose of the proposed project is to improve traffic circulation and emergency access in the City of Rancho Mirage during flood events.
