The proposed project involves a 10,600 sf expansion to an existing 54,083 sf private school with 114 on-site surface level parking spaces located on an approximately 156,488 sf, rectangular shaped through lot (consisting of three parcels) within the R3-1VL Zone. The result would be a 64,683 sf school facility, representing a 19.6% net increase in floor area. In conjunction with the school expansion there is a request for a Conditional use to allow an increase from 199 to 290 students. The result would be a net increase of 91 students.
